i posted thse in another section with a lot more pics. but i wanted to post the tranny stuff in here. here is a pic from behind showing the exhaust and the 2500hd mount.

here is a pic of where the exhaust runs on the drivers side and the heat shield for the fuel lines.

Interesting exhaust placement......I'd never though of routing the exhaust under the tailshaft, I've always gone under the tranny in the usual place by the bellhousing

Was the HD crossmember a direct bolt-in ??.....My guess is that it would be but i'd like to know for sure

Is that exhaust painted black ???

 

yay it is painted black. they decided to run it like that due to it sticking down more the other route. plus it was less of a bend. and they used the mandrel pieces i brought along to. no i had to drill the frame for the mount. and cut out some of the frame mount pieces

 

how much was your 80e if you dont mind me asking?
