Default .616 lift to big?

I decided not to go with Yella Terra rockers on my new engine combo,so I exchanged them for Comp Pro Magnum rockerarms. When I did the math on what seemed to be minimal change in rocker ratios 1.70 to 1.75 is going to push my lift from .588/.598 to .605/.616.I checked with TEA and my valve springs are setup to accomodate .670 lift.Have any of you guys run that much lift?

now that's lifting. The highest Iv'e run is .555/.551 on '02LS6 springs. F and Y body guys are the ones to talk to. Check on the stock lifter lifespan too with that kind of spring pressure. ...Unless you are going solid j/k

I'm running Comp R lifters and Comp 978 springs with titanium retainers the springs are installed at 1.800 height with 150 lb seat pressure.TEA says the springs are setup for .670 lift.

That is alot of lift. Think it will lope a little?HEHEHE

Go for it, it sounds like you have the springs for it. See what kind of power that lift will make.

With all you guys getting huge cams, im starting to think i should have gotten bigger.
