i recently bought a 6.0 out of an silverado ss complete with harness an comp, have a 93 z71 with a 5.7 tht i wanna put the 6.0 in. was just lookin 4 some info bout allthe wiring, an if ne1 knows or has done this swap b4. thanks.

found this a few months back. some instructions on the swap. reason it helps you is its practically the same setup, minus some bits and pieces. someone here will chime in real soon. also, look in the part of the forum labeled classic trucks. some guys have done exactly what your doin. even better. the search button is by far the best tool. i use that thing more than a wrench some days.
