Default 6.0 stock rod strength.

How well do they hold up with at least ARP bolts?

I would use Katech's bolts just to be on the safe side, the rods do not need to be re-sized.

Is there enough room to change the rods bolts without pulling the engine?

TTP spun mine(5.3) up to about 6200 on the dyno with stock internals, and it's still running (knock on wood)
