You can also swap over the plugs to the EV-6 style connector instead of the Delphi MultecII that the trucks have. If you keep the Multec (short fat) injectors your main upgrades options are the 8.1s; and ONLY the Marine 8.1's are worth it. You can do that, or get your stock ones reflowed by someone like FIC, but that can sometimes be cost prohibitive.
If you switch to the EV-6 you can pick up the Ford SVO injectors for pretty cheap, and get 42lbs/hr at our rail pressure

So to do this swap, all i need to do is bolt on the intake, connect the fuel lines and electrical connections, plug my factory tb harness into the x link, then into the 87mm NNBS tb. Then plug the injectors in with adapters. Then, copy and paste the injector data from a stock Flex Fuel tune into my tune, and retune ve, pe and Maf calibration for the greater amount of air coming in??? Is this correct or am I over simplifying it?

I'm really glad you started this thread. I started one a little over a week ago and it got me no where... haha. When are you doing this swap? I'm trying to figure out what I'll need as well.

I was going to just buy the EVE6 pigtails to save some money, but I really want to avoid cutting those wires if I can. I couldnt find the adapters on the site posted yesterday though.

Well, speding cash is a little short, so as soon as I sell a few things and get enough money to buy the x-link and the injector adapters, it's going on! Btw, on Katech's website, if you go to Products, then Conversion Swap, they're in there!

I hear you with the cash... it sucks.

What about these:
Ford Racing EV1-EV6 Mustang Fuel Injector Adapter Kits at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

they're cheap and look right??? Then again what the hell do I know.
