6.0 help needed

i can get a 2001 lq4 with 148000 miles, complete intake to pan, wiring harness, ecu, no accessories though for $900. good deal or pass?

To many miles IMO
The one I got is 05 Lq9 76k complete with accessories ( Intake, Starter, AC Compressor, Etc etc etc ) $1200
