Default 6.0 + 4l60e

will they bolt up? I'm assuming they would, but I just want to make sure. I've got the hookup on a transmission rebuild and was considering swapping my 5.3 for a 6.0. Just wondering what your thoughts are on a built 4l60e + 6.0. Also,w hat about the computer? I know I will need the 6.0 computer to run the motor, but will it recognize and run the 4l60e properly?

It will bolt up, I think the SS trucks and vortec Max trucks which have 6.0L's come with a 4l60e. I don't really know about the computer stuff on that. I think it should work, it may require a little retuning though.

yeah it will work..... you will need to use the flywheel from the 5.3 and you will need a tune for the bigger engine but it will work..
