Default 5-speed needs new clutch!! How much?

Anybody know how hard it is to install a clutch on these things?? I was wondering what an average cost would be to have it installed at a shop . . .

What else should I replace while I'm in there . . . could I do it while I install my cam??

What would you guys recommend??

There are not many people driving stick riggs on this forum so glad to see a comrad. The clutch replacement is not hard to do just remove driveshaft, crossemember, hydraulic line(has quick disconnect),the shifter tower under your shifter boot and disconnect any wiring, either drag the trans back about a foot or remove it all together. I would replace the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and input shaft bearing and probably have the flywheel resurfaced. As far as cost of having this done I would just have to guess at around $150 labor. The clutch swap and cam swap have no connection to each other.

Thanks a lot, I didn't think it was too hard - Looks like I need to order some parts -
