What would the CR be on a 5.3 with 5.7 heads?

The combustion chambers on the 5.7 heads will be wider than your cylinder bore, thus hurting performance.

I'm Switching from an old side mount magnacharger to the Radix. From what I understand these heads hurt when N.A., but help when using F.I.
