Default 5.3l in a s10 truck, need help on exhaust

So i have a 5.3l LSX derived engine in my 1998 chevy s10 pickup truck. Basically it has a tune, fans, intake, and headers. I'm putting on the exhaust soon and was wondering if you guys could give me some advice.

I got quoted at this shop near me 860 for a mandral bend 3inch header back exhaust.

410 for pipes magnaflow muffler
200 for Y pipe
210 ish for Catalytic
and 25 each for 02 bungs

Now i've heard thats a little pricy and i should shop around. But my main question is should i do Single or True Dual exhaust. I'm thinking 3in single or 2.5 inch dual. But what size magnaflows and which hi-flow magnaflow cats should i use?

860.00 does seem a lil pricey....I spent 300.00 on my true duals with h-pipe and 2 flowmaster knock offs on my 78...

Sure dont man. Truck is too low to climb under and take them and i didnt have a camera when he was fabbing it up. They're the best shop around, take their time, and do an excellent job! Wish I had some photos for ya.
