I have a 02 Tahoe all stock and i bought A ls6 cam, ls6 Valve springs, and Chromemoly Pushrods. My tahoe has around 102,000 miles on it and i was wondering if i need any other parts to make sure i have good reliability.

 

I would replace the timing chain set while you are in there as well as valve stem seals.
