I am going to try to get to the track on tuesday with my truck. I have an 04 Z71 ECSB 5.3 with the following mods- D1 procharger, 42 lb injectors, shorty headers and cat-back, TB stall, Shift kit and servo, and a PCM for less tune. Stock this truck ran a 16.9 on a G-tech with the 17's. I will probably run it on the 20's at the track.
Anybody care to guess what it will run? I am not expecting much, probably about a mid 14 or so.

4.1 pulley, about 10 psi. I am guessing it will run a mid-high 14 myself. It also feels real shitty in 3rd and doesnt seem to be making a lot of MPH. I am guessing the race weight will be around 5700 lbs, well see. It is a pig for sure.

Your race weight will be around 5300 my truck weighed 5185 with less than a 1/4 tank no tailgate and me out of it. I would guess low 14 high 13 my truck runs a 15.1 with a 3000 stall exhaust and a tune basically you are pushing alot more power than me.

A tune can make a world of diff. on a blown truck so it's really in the air.
I would say 14.3@94mph if it's not fully tuned 100% and no stall converter and you're at full weight which should be around 5500lbs max unless you have a huge stereo and heavy tonnue(sp?) cover.
With all the supporting mods and a good tune then I would say 13s would be cake.

I weighed the truck stock at 5500(LT trim- leather w/ heat, etc). I have 2 10's/enclosure/amp, tonno cover, bed liner, step boards, bed extender, 20" rims(only weigh 3# more each though), plus the blower/brackets/intercooler/etc. None of it weighs that much by itself, but I would guess that it would add up to 200 lbs total.
The truck feels like it hits a wall in 3rd though, and the MPH I have been seeing is only about 90 indicated. I really dont feel like the mail order tune is right, but I dont have any logging software. I know my engine light is on though. The way it pulls down low it deffinetly has a lot left in it. I will be happy with a high 14 today, then will probably spend the big bucks on a dyno tune from Spped Inc., unless anybody else has recomendations.
