Default 5.3 stock heads

Anyone have any idea what stock 5.3 heads flow??

I'm about to port match mine and then polish them up real good, and then going to have them put on a flow bench to see if I did anygood or not.

Did you do this and if so did it make a difference? I was thinking about doing the same to my stock heads just to see if i could. Im interested in your results.

Paying someone who seriously knows what they are doing to put a valve job in them is probably the best bang for the buck. I've seen 317 heads gain 30cfm from just a valve job.
