Default 5.3 Performance

I am looking for some 5.3 performance parts. I am looking for a nice size cam nothing too major, just want some good sound. By the way does anyone make a set of long tubes for my truck? I have a 2007 GMC Sierra Classic 4WD Extended Cab. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Never could understand picking a cam by it's sound...I always choose my parts by the promised performance in the area I am interested in. You can put a big 'ol lopey cam in there and it'll sound awesome and run like ****.

Best bet is to start with:
Granatelli MAF Sensor
Poweraid TB Spacer
K&N Intake
Hypertech
Flowmaster muffler
Spark Plug Wires
Kia Rio Injectors

he's joking... please don't do any of these. And the TB spacer is just an expensive paperweight, sell it on ebay. Your best bet is to spend some time on the forum and use the search feature; there is tons of good information on here. Many, many people have been in your shoes before and started a thread about it.

The best money I spent so far has been on a custom tune from Wheatley (sponsor on the site, banner on the right ----->), then would be the swaybars.
