I just did the same thing! I went with a stainless single dual in/dual out Magnaflow muffler(22" 5x11)-NO ITS NOT QUIT-I PROMISE! Sound really good and flows like a MF'r!

it's the manifolds that give it that crappy azz rasp sound. as soon as i went to Lts no more rasp and it actually made the truck considerably quieter.

HELLO RETARD!! ok so now i feel retarded, because originally when i went to the shop to pick up a Aerochamber muffler I looked at the long case style which sure as hell wouldn't fit but now i see they have the short case 14" compared to 27" well I can get that bastard in there. So i'm definately going that way, thanks to everyone who replied though, your input is greatly appreciated. Does anyone know anyone running an Aerochamber with no cats? I hope its loud - i want the neighbors ears to bleed, like they do with my 75 blazer w/ dumped long tubes.
