I would get 3.73 gears a 3000/3200 circle D stall and a tune and you would be happy. A cam and some longtubes would make it even better.

1) custom tune
2) stall 3200
3) cam 220/224
4) gears 4.10s
In that order. Will get more fun with each step.

if all mods are done at once then yes a retune is needed..

most people start with a CAI, full exhaust and tune. it wakes these engines up quite a bit

x 2... if you get the tune first it cost like 10-$15 for a retune its not a big or deal. that set up on a rcsb would rip pretty good. also get a trans cooler... ull need it

Well Im getting some pacesetter lts and having my exhaust shop install them. Then a tune from blackbear. Then my mods would be Full Exhaust, Intake, Tune. What hp gains should I see? And 3.73s is on my to do list. And I think that all im gonna do to it. Because after Ive thought it over its just not worth it to drop that much in a heavy truck. I need to find me a 87-93 gt. Because a truck will never perform as well as a car. And im really wanting a nice notchback to build lol.
