Default 5.3 lm7

I have a 2001 gmc regular cab truck i was wondering if i will have to get my engine tuned if I put a cam in my engine 212/218 comp cam. If so who will be able to do this? I have a old superchips programmer gray will that work?

Will that tuner work, no.

Ok thanks for the help! One last question what would be a decent set of headers under 400 dollars that would give more power without losing much torque?
