Default 5.3 Head work

I am getting ready to send my heads off to get them ported and polished and hopefully milled .30 to get my comp around 11-1. And get something like 2.02 valves and such put in. Heads are going to be going on an LS1 and I am going to shove a 231/237 59x/6xx cam in it. Going to go N/A as well.
I was wondering where I should look to get this head work done, and I mean done right! Without paying overboard for it.
Thanks for any advice!

Hmm... Does anyone follow me on this? Or has anybody had any experience in doing an LS1 swap or know anything about where to get head work done? I am not breaking out my dremmel on this one.

Any opinions would be appreciated!

Hey Tom this is where i had my heads done for my car.

http://www.totalengineairflow.com/services/index.htm

They are really good but somewhat pricey.

There is someone local in lincoln that does that too. It Waldron Machine across from Pro Tint on O street does head porting too.

Not sure if that helps ya.
