I was wondering if this would work to get some extra HP. I have a 2007 5.3 DOD the only cam specs I can find are from GM. they are .283 on the non DOD cylinders intake and exhaust and .289 on the DOD cylinders intake and exhaust. I found cam specs for a 2007 6.2L DOD and the specs are .294 and .300 do you think this cam would work and that I would gain anything.

 

The 6.2L cam may not work because of VVT provisions. but i don't know that for sure.
