5.3 cam and ?'s bout 90mm TB

just wondering what cam to go with in a 05' ECSB 5.3L? also is it best to just get the stock 78mm TB port n polished or go with larger TB?

from what i read the z06 cam is a very solid choise.

at least thats what iam doing when i swap my 5.3 in my project.

x2 keep the stock tb unless your going to go with a forced induction. There's no need to change.
