5.3 cam and head swap

5.3 cam and head swap
Im doing a minor build on my 5.3 with a set of 241 heads milled .40 and a 212/218 cam. Trying to find out what length pushrods people with similar setups are running and if I will need to do anything else during the swap to fix any issues or concerns with doing this swap. Any help is much appreciated.
