Default 44 pund injector on stock NA 5.3??

I'm going to have to drive my truck to the exhaust shop, Will it be ok if I install the fuel pump and injectors, then drive it down and back befor installing the turbo?

If you swap the injectors you need to reprogram the pcm, otherwise it will run way to rich. If it is a short distance you will be OK.

Only if you swap out the pcm, Other wise it will just flood the engine with gas.

I know what you mean. I have a forged 5.7 and intercooler sitting in the basement that I drool over everyday. My STS kit sat in the living room floor for almost 2 months before I had time to put it on.

Sometimes you have to wait until you have time. Especially when you work for yourself.

I wouldn't drive it without having the injectors tuned. Thats too much fuel and the computer won't be able to adjust that much.

the fuel pump would be ok, but put the injectors on at the same time you tune it or do a new pcm.
