Default 408 stroker help

I'm looking into building a 408 and was wandering if i needed to have any part of the 6.0l block clearanced for the crank. and the stroker would use the same size pistons or do i need to have the cyclinder over bored. and i want this motor to produce alot of low end torque so would i be better off with a custom ground cam or could i use an off the shelf one. if off the shelf do you guys have any sudgestions for me.
