I don't have one of those.Here in Mexico, the v8 trucks have the 2500 badges, and the v6 trucks have the 1500 badges, so, the truck that you are talking about its a 1500.
The trucks are the same here and in the U.S. just with different badges, the 400ss is just a 1500 stepside with 5.3L.

If I was that guy I would be pissed. However, 525ish rwhp does seem like the limit of a D-1SC. Procharger really needs to make a cog setup for 2005s, the electric fans leave a lot of room.
