400 hp realalistic?

Default 400 hp realalistic?

i have a 2006 6.0 out of a silvy ss , tht im swappin into my 93 z71 soon. was wonderin if any1 thought tht 400 rwhp was possible. im puttin in a 230s duration turbo cam not sure exact specs,(plan on a turbo in the not 2 distant future). an a custom tune. ima have a 3000-3200 stall also. side note, what do yall think of bassani mufflers?

I doubt you'll get 400 rwhp from a 6l and a cam without all the supporting mods including some worked heads bumping CR a bit.

ok i can have them ported, was wonderin if i could reach it without. should b close without the port tho? an i have also wanted 2 hear it, seen 5.3s no 6.0s tho....mayb i will b the 1st

no problem getting 400 out of the stock truck intake. good heads with a matched cam and the supporting bolt on's will get it done. i did it with a LS1 and truck manifold. wheatley is knocking on the door of 400 with stock 243 heads that are milled.

I put down 355 rwhp on a dyno dynamics dyno with a cammed lq4 and a set of 243 heads. I think 400 rwhp is very possible with the right combination.
