Plain old 40's should be louder.

MAN IF YOU ANT LOUD GET 2 FLOWMASTER 1 CHAMBERS OR KNOW AS 10 SERIES AND SEE WHAT YOUR FRIEND SAYS THEN. sorry about the cap. I have true duals with a magnaflow x pipe no cats and (2) 1 chambers dumped. I tell you what my truck isn't fast but it's got a damn mean bark where alot of mustangs and a other trucks don't even try usually.

Oh yea my friend has a programmer, tb spacer, cold air intake, and the true duals. It will fly atleast i think and a lot of other people think so too. thanks

I have 2.5 all the way back from the headers. but yeah I don't have cats. their is a big difference with and without on my truck. you can't talk sitting next to my truck at idle.

I have right now my exhaust, 20 inch boss 301 wheels with goodyear 275/55/r20 and a K&N cold ait intake that I jsut received for FREE. my wheels and tires are killing me all the time. I have 3.73 gears and they feel like 3.08 becasue of how tall they are. I am going ot get rid of the tires and wheels and put that money into performance like a stall, tune, shift kit, nitrous. my truck is damn loud and if you pulled up next to me you wouldn't be able to talk to anyone outside of it, but I love the sound when I get on her.

I guess i'll butt in and ask a question. Isn't there more low-end with a little bit more backpressure? Everyone says flowmaster flow like crap, so wouldn't a more free flowing muffler have less low-end due to less backpressure? If not, which muffler seems to be the best for low-end power and torque?
