So I had an 01 GMC Sierra w/ a 4.8L a while back. I replaced the throttle body with an 80mm unit. About a year ago I got rid of the truck and picked up an 05' GTO and a 2000 S-10 pretty cheap.

Anyways, the situation is this... I found the stock throttle body today while digging through all the truck parts that I bought for the GMC that I never installed (front air dam, billet door handles, sport mirrors, roll pan, etc.). Does anyone have a part number for this throttle body? I can't seem to find one anywhere. If I can port this thing and sell it that is what I will do, if not I will just junk it.

 

So nobody knows the part number or if this thing is worth the metal it's made of?

 

Ebay....saw one go for 15, new. But have seen them listed for 95 buy it now.

edit: have seen ported ones go for 130 plus though

 

Screw it I'm going to port it out and polish the whole damn thing and try to sell it.
