Here’s the kit
I have a 2012 GMC Sierra 4.8, and I wanted to know what things I would have to buy and things that I can keep stock for now until I save up money to upgrade parts. Also I been looking into a trick entry level turbo kit that costs $2700 and I want to know what you guys think about it ? Thank you

Add fuel injectors and a fuel pump if the truck is not flex fuel. How big the injectors and pump needs to be will depend on how much power you want to make and what fuel you will use.
You'll need a 3 bar MAP sensor, it's plug and play on a 2012 using the ZR1/LSA sensor. Just updating the map sensor settings in the tune is required.
Strongly consider this stuff here too. The factory rear diff is a weak point, the G80 can grenade with enough power and burnouts. Upgraded locker/posi unit is suggested. Your transmission will not live long with a decent amount of power. Upgrade the rear driveshaft if you plan to exceed 100mph, they are not rated to go above that.
Otherwise the entry level kit is a good buy and should work really well.

Considering the difference in price between a Walbro 380lph vs 450lph is in the $30-40 range, I'd go bigger so you're good for upgrades down the line.
If you're on an extreme budget and need to get the truck running, you can decap stock injectors and get them flow tested to assemble a set of 8 that are as close in flow as possible.

The factory flex fuel pump will do around 500hp on pump gas, so if you goal is to only add 150-200hp over what the stock 4.8 makes you may get away with that pump. E85 will need a larger pump.
Anything in the 70lb/hr to 80lb/hr injector size will support that 150-200hp increase no problem.
