Default 383 giving me issues

i havent had time to test the fuel pressure BUT... i have been driving this for about 2000 miles without issues. the other day after multiple trips to the hospital for my wife the truck started to act like the throttle was not opening all the way. i verified i was getting 100 open. truck starts and runs great. passed 1/2 throttle it falls flat on her face. no power at all and struggle to climb past 4000 rpm. if i stomp it i cant even break the tires loose. she used to break them loose from 30mph and smoke them with ease from a dead stop. should i look at anything else? engine sounds healthy and doesnt miss but it is a stock pump. im wondering if the stock pump is just not enough to run the engine. is it time for an aeromotive pump upgrade?

yeah it was all of a sudden. one stop light i had power and when i went through the tunnel it had none. both filters are new. the inline under the door and the vette style im running at the rail. im thinking of replacing the pump with a returnless style to get rid of the vette filter.

I got similar symptoms a while back. Turned out to be an O2 sensor that was on its way out. I would check all the exhaust bolts to see if there is any one missing or ones that need to be tightened.

have any way to log? my bet would be a faulty sensor putting you into the wrong area of your tune. TPS? front O2? cam and crank sensors would probably just leave you sitting on the side of the road.
