243 or spend the money on bigger valves in 862s
i have a set of 862 heads laying around i was wondering if it would be cheaper to spend the money on bigger valves and go that route or spend the money on some 243s and if i do go with the 862s with bigger valves what size valves do i use can i take the ones out of my 317s and have the machine shop machine the 862s to fit the 317 valves

i just realized what you were talking about in your PM, they are not my heads, i have some 706s for sale though. and i just realized i told him on ls1truck that i would buy them on friday but whoever gets him the money first will be the one who gets them as far as im concerned.
