Default 243 heads on an LQ4

Im modding an LQ4 to replace the aging 6.0 in my 2000 2500. Ill be using 243 heads and am shooting for a compression ratio of around 10.5 to 1. How much should I mill the 243's?

I believe the 243s will put you just shy of 10:1.... IIRC. So Im not sure how much to mill to achieve another .5-.7 of compression, haha sorry Im of no help. Also head gasket comes in to play... I used some GM MLS ones in my old 6.0 build. I trust em a lot more than the composite **** from factory.
