Yeah, RCSB 5.3 with a cam, tune, converter, slicks, gears, and bolt-ons just might make a 13 sec. pass.

hell, i have all of that minus the cam in an ecsb with a 13 second pass under the belt...so just maybe a rcsb with a cam could do it

ok

when my truck had a couple of bolt-ons:

ls1 fans, airaid intake, eldelbrock shorty headers, aerochamber muffler, 4.10's w/ et streets, my truck went 14.35@95 (85* heat) with no converter, no cam, and a piece of crap hypertech tune.

i think that with a custom tune even with those crappy headers, i think it could have ran 13's with those mods.

so yes 13's is capable with just minor bolt-ons. (not getting into the engine)

with the few mods that "thatguy" has i believe that good air and traction and he'll be pretty damn close to a 13. his timing is also rather low compared to what he could be running.
