I'd be interested in some video clips of it as well when you get a chance. I assume you changed springs as well?
I did change the springs to AT LEAST the Z06 Blue or Yellow springs. I chose blue. $65. The cam is making good power, but I also dropped to about 14mpg.. Not sure if that's a mix between 32" mud terrains and a level.. I'm not sure.

4wd and headers I've always heard is a hit and miss, but you can mostly do some research to find out which ones have better fitment before you buy.

14 mpg is what I currently get on average. I am sure I can lean it out enough on cruise to help out with that. I may end up throwing a 70mm turbo on my Avalanche and running 5-6 lbs. or so. I tow my car and boat quite a bit during the summer and don't want to sacrifice any low end.

Your Tahoe sounds good though.

I wanted to go with a turbo build, but couldn't come up with the cash. And I didnt want to replace or build the tranny yet haha. Its coming soon enough as I'm at 162k miles.

What I really need to do is hook up a tranny temp gauge, throw in a servo, and also hook up a wideband. Anyone have any input on their favorite widebands or what seems to be the best out there?

You'll like this cam Stew , before we put on in my old truck , TJ took me for a ride in his buds 02 2500hd with this same cam /intake / exhaust only and that ***** ripped ! It loved to cruise at 100 and had power from bottom to top , this was back in 05' but I still remember how well it ran . Both trucks we used Z06 valve springs .
