Default 2010 6.2L Spintech Super Pro Muffler- Comparison Sound Clip Inside

Got my Spintech Super Pro 9000 Series Street Muffler put on today.

3.5" single in single out and resonator deleted.

They had to add an extra hanger to stabilize the pipe after removing the factory muffler..... it wiggled around at idle but now it's solid.

Lemme know what you guys think---- I for one LOVE IT-- not that I'm partial or anything..lol

I took before and after sound clips for your pleasure and comparison... enjoy

There is more of a volume difference than the videos make it out to be..... I guess it's something with my camera. The camera does not do it justice..... I almost didn't want to post this up because of that... EDIT: I just put some videos of my GTO stock vs spintech down a few posts..... the camera did the same thing to those videos

Spintech- I know I put 3.43 instead of 3.42s on the video but it was already uploaded to youtube by the time I noticed

I bet it sounds better in real life, I don't mind the sound as much as the flow.

Hows the drone going?

When I heard the videos I almost said the same thing....... truthfully, I almost didn't post them because the video gives the spintech no justice. Thanks for the feedback.

It does sound a $h!t load better in real life. The drone is almost nothing. Not bad AT ALL. I had a 2006 GTO with the same muffler excepts duals obviously and a magnaflow X pipe and that thing droned and vibrated loud enough to shake all the plastic pieces on the car..... luckily it was above my cruising RPMs so I only had to deal with it in small bursts or if I was cruising at 95MPH....

Now that I think about it. The Stock to Spintech GTO wasn't that different (video wise) either. I think my camera must auto level the volume or something. It makes stock exhaust sound freakin amazing and tones down aftermarket...... here are those vids

I can't believe how good the stock muffler sounds. I can tell the spintech is a little louder, but I'm sure it's better in person.

The video made it seem a little better than it really did in person BUT, the stock did sound DAMN GOOD for stock exhaust. There are a few people that just deleted the resonator and keeping the stock muffler on the 6.2L trucks

It's tough to get a good sound with some video cameras, taking that into consideration, the spintech sounds great. The stocker actually sounds louder through my computer speakers, but I'm sure that it isn't. I've been very impressed with the other spintechs that I've heard in the past, so I'm sure that this one sounds great.
