Ok I have a 2005 4.8 V8 extended cab and have the opportunity to swap in a motor from a 2008 crew cab rawlings edition truck, so this would most likely be a 5.3 with a 4l60e correct? Considering it was would this swap require me to purchase anything? would I have to swap computers? Please let me know what all this swap would require....Thanks

 

you would need wireharness and sevral other things

 

Yea basically I have access to everything I need I just have to replace the motor with my 2005
