2003 trucks get electric fan from factory (sort of)...
The 5.3 trucks are going to get a "Electronically Controlled Viscous Cooling Fan".

It still looks like a regular fan clutch, but it's controlled electronically. Apparently the Trailblazer motor has been using this fan all along. I remember asking about using a fan clutch like this on the trucks a while back as an alternative to LS1/LT1 fans, but nobody really seemed to care about it. I think it will work pretty cool, especially if we can program it's operation with a HPP3 or LS1 Edit. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thank you for this information. I have a qustion for you. Is it OK if I copy all the teck subjects fron the web site you posted. I can do that by changing the address a little bit to get all the months. I thought I would ask before I did it.
