2003 5.3 silverado LT in need of mods!
hey guys im back my friend has a 03 silverado lt with a 5.3 engine in it i was wondering what mods can he needs do to unleash the beast within it? it has a k&n cai, flowmaster 40 si/do turndown and a hypertech programmer. im looking for pulleys, cam, ecu tuner, spacers, etc....... thanks in advance

Since you already have a CAI so it inhales better. Get some LT headers so it will exhale just as good. And since you are in Houston I would get rid of the programmer and have Charlie Wheatly tune it. He does a much better job than the programmers. Then maybe some gears for rearend and torque converter, then cam.
