Default 2002 6.0 dbw to 1999 4.3 silverado

I found a 2002 6.0 motor out of a escalade, looking to swap into a 99 silverado 4.3 auto. My question is will the dbw pedal mount straight into the 99 or is any fabrication needed? I've searched and looked through the official v6 to v8 thread and could not find this info, found lots on mounting pedals into other vehicles just not the gmt800. Any help is appreciated.

have no idea about mounting the peddle but might be easier to swap to a DBC throttle body and have the pcm flashed for it

thats what we done in my sons swap, picked up a DBC throttle body & cable out of a junk yard then sent the pcm out to get flashed

2002 DBW has a different pedal and TAC module than any other year and they can't be interchanged - ask me how I know haha

If you have both then it "should" bolt right in. Really only one way of knowing is by sticking your head up there and taking a look.
