Default 2.5" or 3" true duals

Just curious because I have not seen it mentioned, is a 3" true dual set up too much for a 6.o with future plans of a blower and cam?

I have LT's, no cats and 2.5" true duals with an x-pipe and straight through bullet mufflers on my h/c LQ4 and i can garuntee it's not a restriction. I picked up a substantial amount of power with this setup over the previous 2.5" single exhaust. And I noticed little to no loss in low end power.

Either way youll be fine. What type of headers are you going to run? What's the primary size? How big of power are you planning getting? What type blower are you going to run?

FI applications love free flowing exhaust.
