1996 silverado 5.0 to 5.3 swap

Well I'm want to swap my engine because its not a good performance engine Idk if I should get a 5.7 or 5.3 n if you choose the 5.3 what will I need to do to it so it can work on my 100% stock truck

You may have better luck in the conversions and hybrids section on ls1tech. Those guys know everything
