Time for cal tracs and tires. I would say keep the stock wheels for the apperance. Nothing beats running 10's on factory wheels, Belive me.
Also not many people realize or have been in a 10 second street truck. Its hard to explain the silly-ness of it.
Great job, keep up the good work.

i think i have a new "next mod" and i think it is a prety good one. they sell a product that works with my boost controler that allows me speed based boost control. from what i can read about it there are at least 4 speed/boost settings you can set up.
lets say 0-30mph 10psi
30-40mph 12psi
40-65mph 14psi
65+mph as high as i dare turn it up
it cost about $200 on top of what the boost controler cost all ready. i think it would improve my 60' times or at least reduce the drive line abuse. i can dial it in so i am not roasting the tires, just set it for a little wheel spin. this will be good now with limited traction and good later with good traction. i dont think i will want to hit the driveline with all the tq in can make in 1st gear even if it can hook. not till i get a front end in there.
if i could dial in mid 1.6's on stock tires(may not be posiable but i cut a 1.63 at least once) i might put off tires for awhile. hmmmmmmm
with it turned up to 15psi the thing is prety spooky out of the hole. i wasn't geting any bucking action but it was all over the road.
