My truck is a daily built to run in the 12s. I run at a tame 6.5psi with the stock tranny, beefed up a little.

Guy out here in NC has a C3, but i believe his fastest time is in the 11.2s. And that was with 22s. Its odd, watching his launch it doesnt look that impressive, but he's got one hell of an 1/8th to 1/4 run. I beleive he's running a 200 shot 408/409. If i can find the vid, i'll post it. (it wasnt an 11.2 run, i wanna say it was 11.6s but it was still a good run none-the-less.) Dunno who the tune or build is by, but the guy is pure redneck lol. Its funny, but the guys pretty cool

I remember reading in Truckin' about a year ago, about a black rc silverado out here in AZ that had some mid-10sec timeslips. It had a built 6.0 with a billet bottom end and a D-1SC w/intercooler. It had a full cage and a bottle in the bed too! Wow, now its comin' back to me...that's right, it had a ford 9" with 4.11's, fuel cell and the thing that struck me as weird was the fact that the truck had a 5-bolt pattern on the wheels. It was a bad *** truck, but I haven't heard anything else about, I've never seen it at shows or at the track (of course I'm in Tucson), and I don't even know who owns it.

Have you actually ran it at the track or is that what the guys at Magna told you it would run? What is a "stock tranny beefed up a little" mean?
Slips? Vids?

Do you guys smell that? I smell sugar coated bullshit

I believe it was in Sport Truck, I have the issue
The guy is a member here but doesn't post much in the truck section. For Go Not Show is his username.
In the article it said that he never got timeslips because his truck was too fast for the track. But it did say that off the track it took a mid 10 second car off the line or something like that, that's the only proof they have...

I read the same article. They said it ran 10s if I remember correctly. It had a roll bar and everything.
