Default 1 to 2 flutter

when my truck shifts from 1 at @6000 to 2 when it drops down it makes
a loud raspy flutter sound
what is that ?
this started happening after I put my dual exhaust on
TM maybe?

Mine dose it to. Has ever seince I change the exhaust. I think it may be TM. i would like to 0 it out and see if it still makes the noise.

It's TQM. The funny sound is when it changes the timing.
