Default 08 cam

has anyone out there had a custome one bolt cam made for the newer motors so you dont have to replace the cam sprocket? it says it can be done in this thread but theres not much info...https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...t=one+bolt+cam
how much easier would this be to do a cam swap like this?
i DID search, thanks for any info or help. thanks

Comp cams makes the 1bolt cams now.but its not much to use a 3-bolt pattern cam, just buy the ls7 sprocket with 3 bolts and your set.thats what i did.
