Default 07 denali 6.2 2wd drivetrain swap in a 05 5.3 RCSB

Well ive been thinking alot about doing this swap but im not too mechaniclly inclined to pull this off myself so im asking how hard this swap would be. I can get a 07-08 denali wrecked from a wreck yard for about 6-8 grand take the drivetrain out and part the rest off it off. so what would be needed for this swap. Thanks guys.

I would just get a 408 and save the time and all the money your going to spend on doing wiring and custom parts to get it to fit.

I think Speartech did the same thing but with an LS2.

Looks like everything but the gear shift indicator will work and they had to retain the original PCM.

A 408 would be cheaper but I would think the 6l80 would be worth it!
