Question 06 Sierra L59 5.3 Performance Recomendations

So far i got regular bolt ons such as headers and Intake fiter, now i just want to squeeze every drop of HP out of my 5.3 flexfuel l59. Ive been wanting to supercharge it with a LSA supercharger if its possible. If so, where do i start and what need to be done. Or if theres an alternative way to gain big horsepower i would really appreciate whats recommended.
Thanks in Advance

There are few threads out there with details on the parts you need. I even sold a LSA kit a while back, it should still have a bunch of picture with parts that you need to purchase to make it work.

Other bolt on supercharger kits or turbo kits are out there, just depends on what you are willing to spend. Then don't forget about the fragile transmission that is the 4L60e. If spending big money isn't something you are after, then consider a camshaft swap for a 40-60rwhp gain with a good tune.

Check out or Superchargers.

TorqStorm Superchargers

Should be finished with new new design for the 99-06 real soon. Approx $2800, lifetime warranty.

212/218 or you could probably do 220/224 with a stall of course. It all depends on how you use the truck, as far as springs pac 1218 would work

^ agreed, but I would stick with the 212/218 because high stalls on a daily, or any sort of towing, are a pain in the ***. Just my limited opinion.
