Ya know, i woke up in the middle of the night a few days ago and dont like her much anymore. It just hit me all the sudden that i dont like her. Strange huh.

One of my older buddys calls it the 7 year itch, what ever that is. Either way she isnt much fun anymore.

Default Do What You Gotta Do.

If you have kids it sucks I know first hand. You just can't book out the door.
If there is somthing about a person you can't live with you have no right to try and make them change it. It's their life. You gotta move on or live with it, quietly.
That is where we mess up. Not taking the time to really know someone and overlooking the things that will tourture us later on. Or thinking they will out grow it. They will not, and will resent you for trying to change them.

Well i won't change for anyone. I am who i am. If something doesnt change or i dont figure out what i do or dont like in her she's on her way back to Texas. No hard feeling, just I'm living my life to have fun and noone will get in the way of that. If were not happy together we'll find happyness else ware.

Sorry dont mean to ***** up a good thread with stupid personal junk. Wont happen again. Any comments please PM them to me, not post up in here. Thanks guys, and sorry.

There is an article in Hot Rod that talks about the LS2 engine (LS7 as well). The article stems around what makes it different from its predecessors, so naturally there are many comparisons to the GenIII engines.

1) Knock sensors have been moved to the lower skirt area.
2) Cam position sensor has been moved to the timing cover.
3) A boss is now present for the missing tran bolt hole from the aluminum GenIII motor, but it's not tapped in the LS2 version. They assume future truck applications will be using a version of this aluminum casting, since the iron block trucks have the 6-bolt hole pattern.
4) GenIII aluminum blocks are cast with a two-bolt mount for the a/c compressor - the LS2 now has there bolt pattern that allows retrofit into trucks that originally came with cast-iron blocks.

It looks like the future is good. . . and the future is aluminum.

Get the details in comparison of the L33 to the LM7?
Such as:
Did the cam specs change?
Can we get a confirmation of the compression increase due to the LS6 heads?
I would like to see al the differences?
