Not sure if that's good, but nice run anyway (I'm used to 1/4 mile times). But holy crap, you're shifting a 5200 rpm? I'm shifting at 5500 rpm (1st through 2nd gear) and that's still kinda short, I think we both need a tune.

using the 1/8 to 1/4 mile calculators on the net, your estimated 1/4 would be 15.20 at 91mph.

My truck would run high 14's with Nelson tune shifting at 5900, magnaflow muffler, and UPD intake and no weight reductions. So after the tune you should be atleast in the 14's in the 1/4 and around 9.3-9.4 or better after the tune.
Post your times after the tune for us to see.

Sounds about right.

My truck weighed 4450lbs with me in it and I went 15.5@89.9mph on a 2.36 60' (no traction) a few weeks ago. This is a 97k mile 4.8L with stock plugs and no mods.
