Well I got about 700 for mods on a bone stock ecsb z71 3:42's . My friend will split hp tuners with me so thats the way i would like to go . My question about the hptuners is can i expect good gains form 87oct rating in terms of milage and hp ?
And I think the trailblazer converter is the way to go where can i get it ?
How about a vette servo ? how much labor is involved with the trans out ?
$250 hptuners
$??? converter
$??? vette servo
What else if anthing can I get ?
BTW I'm getting 17.8mpg at 80mph so I'm hoping to get up to 20 with some mods.

a good 93 octane tune is only good for about 10hp....and 87 tune is good for about 5hp or so, it's the other things you can tune besides the engine that will make the truck SOOOOOO much better to drive....raising transmission shift points and shift firmness, and deleting Torque Management wil make the truck feel COMPLETELY different

Nice to hear from another L33 owner. $700.00 you say? I guess it's what you are looking to do, or how many more mods you are going to do in the future. You need to work out a plan and put them all in the most logical order.
I have about that in a Corsa Touring CatBack and an AIRAID MIT. I am still waiting for my 93 Nelson Tune to be developed for my L33. That is about all I will be doing for my daily driver. I just want to optimize and not be the average bear around here.
MAYBE, one day an STS but it will not be real soon. This would hurt me in the wallet as far as my Corsa muffler goes because it would replace it. Not very logical, as I suggested above is it?
My Corsa seems to have improved my City mpg by 6/10's. I call it city. I live about 6 miles from work and it is not highway or city block driving either.
The AirAid MIT is new as of today.
Keep us posted.
