Ok here I am again gettin ready to sweat out another summer with my "great" 05 electric fan setup that does not give a fan turn on signal for the AC until the truck is up to operating temp itself. THis means that every day when I get in the truck to go home etc, even if its 100 Degrees out the ac does not cool until I have the truck up to temp or moving fast enough to generate air across the condensor coil.. So as per last year I actually opened my hood and found the green AC wire in the harness next to the + terminal box. This wire caries 12volts + whenever the AC is on regardless of engine temp etc. SO HOW DO I HOOK THIS UP THE THE HARNESS AC WIRE WHICH ONLY WORKS WHEN IT IS GROUNDED???? I'm thinking I need some other relay to make this work but the only ones I've seen do this function for the +12volts only and in fact have a ground going to them for the thing to work?

on my 04 there was more than one green wire. I dont remember which one I tapped to though. Also make sure all of your relays are in working order.
